To help disabled people in rehabilitation after medical treatment. To organize and provide compensatory technique to disabled people in Kedainiai district. To provide minimal living conditions and temporarily accommodation in common lodging-house for people, who returned from jails, social and psychological rehabilitation institutions and people, who do not have a permanent living place. To help lonely pensioners and disabled people of I and II to live in their homes. To provide services of day employment, information, leisure organization and other for disabled people, to provide condition that would allow them to realize their abilities. To provide and pay relief pensions, caring allowances and competency. To organize free lunch for welfare recipients in charity lunchrooms. The leader of the organization Ruta Kaupiene.
• Christian charitable foundation “Tevo namai” (Father’s home). It is a catholic protective organization for prisoners and ex-prisoners. The leader of the organization Vytautas Vaitkevicius.

• Holy Trinity parish in Cekiske, Kaunas district. Parish priest Vaidas Bartkus.

• Public institution “Kapciamiestis Saint Joseph support center for families and young people” in Lazdijai district. The leader of the institution Irena Jaskeleviciene.
• Special school in Simnas, Alytus district. Director Elena Dainauskiene. Children who are slightly or very mentally retarded from the age of 7 to 21 are educated there. This institution is for mentally retarded children and adults and it provides special basic education. This school also is a special education consulting center for district pedagogues. Pedagogues lecture there and provide individual consultations.
• Education and care center “Zidinys” in Kapciamiestis, Lazdijai district. Director Ona Lukoseviciene. This institution takes care of mentally retarded people, their education, activities, and integration into society. This institution was created and the initiative was taken by community “Viltis” in cooperation with local autonomy.
• Preventive employment center “Rafaelis” in Kaunas. Director sister Sigita Kostantinaviciute. The organization takes care of social risk families and tries to minimize its social isolation. It seeks to provide positive leisure alternatives taking part in preventive activities, training children’s creativity, self-confidence, and responsibility. Active families are encouraged to unite into harmonious society.
